What does the EU AI Act require for ads?
Since 2 August 2026, providers and deployers must make clear when video, audio or images are AI-generated or manipulated, with limited exceptions. The disclosure label and Content Credentials are designed for that duty. This is not legal advice; check with counsel for your situation.
Can I turn these off?
The label and Content Credentials are per project. Consent records are always kept when a real person is involved.
